After one year planning, and another year of construction, the Center at Northridge is now open in North Denver!
Dr. Chris Isaacs and Dr. Michael Janssen, members of the board directors for this 96-bed skilled nursing facility project, are thrilled to announce the grand opening of this facility and its excellent rehabilitation center.
The Center at Northridge celebrated the grand opening of its beautiful new facility on April 28. The advanced skilled nursing and rehab center offers 96 private rooms and a 2,584-square-foot gymnasium for physical and occupational therapy, plus gourmet food, LED TVs and many other amenities. Its service delivery model will shorten patients’ length of stay while achieving superior outcomes.
